This is the companion e-ticket to accompany a participant in the 3-day Asayama Ichiden Ryu training camp in May 2024.

*Please purchase this ticket for family members or friends who want to stay with the students participating in the event without joining the training.

▶︎What’s included in this ticket

Watching the three days of Asayama Ichiden Ryu training

You will not be able to participate in the training, but you will have the right to visit the dojo and take pictures/videos of the participant you came with.

Ryokan hotel stays and meals (3 times a day)

You only have to arrive on time at the venue on the first day, and everything else will be prepared for you.

 

⚠️Points of caution⚠️

- The purchase of this ticket confirms you’ve read and agreed to the following rules.

- Refunds are available up to 90 days after ticket purchase. After that time, refunds are not available.

- Please purchase one ticket per participant (You must be 12 years or older to participate).

- All activities during the training camp will be recorded, and the videos will be shared with participants and ticket purchasers. If you do not wish to appear in the footage, please cover your face or try to avoid being on camera. We will not be applying any mosaics or edits to the footage.

- If the Ryokan hotel or dojo is damaged, the individual responsible will be required to compensate for the full amount.

- Since we will frequently be taking off and putting on shoes, please wear shoes that are easy to take on and off.

- The rooms we stay in at the Ryokan are not individual but large rooms where everyone stays together (The rooms are separated for men and women).

- The management of valuables is the individual’s responsibility. Please understand that we will not take responsibility for any losses.

- This is still our second time holding the annual training camp. Please forgive us if there may be some mismanagement.
